1. One year's warranty for the battery, motor, controller and charger for electric vehicle & one year's warranty for engine for gasoline vehicle.
2. Shipment damages can be replaced with courier cost on our account.

Q1.What is your term of packing?
A1: Generally, we pack our goods in steel frame and strong carton outside. And we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q2. What is your term of payment?
A2: 30% deposit by T/T after order confirmed to start production and 70% balanced before delivery date to arrange the shipment. We will show you the photos of the bulk products and packages before you arrange the balanced payment. And the 100% L/C irrevocable at sight can be accepted by us too.
Q3. What is your term of delivery?
A3: Usually we prefer to quote you the price at FOB Shanghai Port. And CIF prices can be acceptable as your preference.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A4: Usually it takes 25days after order confirmed and receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q5. Will you inspect all your goods before delivery?
A5: Yes, of course. We will arrange the inspection and test the riding experience after bulk ready in case any problem happened before delivery.
Q6. Do you accept sample orders?
A6: Yes, we can produce as your samples or technical drawings. But the sample cost and the courier cost should be on your account.
